That perspective matters. It’s emotional, it’s fleeting—and it deserves to be held with care. So when I show up, it’s not just with a camera. It’s with intention. I have a deep love for fashion and detail. Part of my work is styled with an editorial eye—but always grounded in meaning. I believe the best images. They become part of your legacy. They sit in albums passed down through generations, or live quietly in a drawer—waiting for someone, years from now, to find them and feel something. That’s why I do what I do. Not just to show how it looked. But to help you remember how it felt.

I’m proud to call both Aotearoa and the Cook Islands home. I grew up between Auckland and Raro, with deep Cook Islands roots on one side and New Zealand Māori heritage on the other. Life was a mix of island days and city life, and I feel lucky to have been shaped by both. It’s a big part of who I am and the way I see the world.

My approach is a blend of gentle direction and letting the story unfold on its own. I’ll step in when you need guidance, and step back when the magic is happening naturally. I believe in a balance of polished and imperfect — the beauty of real life and the thoughtfully framed.
At the heart of it, I’m sentimental. I care deeply about creating photos that mean something.

My world pretty much revolves around my three-year-old daughter, Zaphra. Being her mum is hands down the wildest, most beautiful adventure I’ve ever been on. I’m also married to my soulmate — we met while he was on a surf trip in Raro and got married just three months later (when you know, you know!). I’m the oldest of four, with two sisters and a brother, and we’re all super close — family means everything to me.
